Virtual Artwork. Our in-house designers will provide you with virtual artwork AT NO CHARGE. In the event that extensive artwork or changes are required, additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy. All custom orders are considered to be firm at the time of artwork approval, and orders cannot be cancelled except upon written approval by the factory. All custom orders shall be considered due and payable in accordance with the terms of the acknowledgement provided to the distributor.
Delivery. Standard delivery is approximately 4 weeks after approval of strike-off sample.
Strike-off Samples. A strike-off sample is a pre-production sample. Unless waived, a strike-off will be provided for each custom order AT NO CHARGE (where applicable). Strike-offs must be approved within three (3) business days of receipt. Failure to do so will constitute a waiver of the promised delivery date.
Strike-off Waiver. In the event that you choose to waive a strike-off, a signed strike-off waiver must be signed and the order must be paid in full at the time the waiver is signed.
Strike-off Charges. There will be no charge unless the order is cancelled after production of the sample. Customers will be billed for all associated cost related to production of the sample.
Over/Under Runs. Production may result in overruns or underruns of 5%-10%. Customer is responsible to pay for all quantities shipped that fall within this variance unless noted on order “No Overages Accepted”.
PMS Colors. PMS colors cannot be guaranteed on woven goods. Factory will match threads as closely as possible.
Returns for Defective Goods. Defective goods may be returned within 7 days after delivery. Defective goods shall be exchanged or credited upon mutual agreement.
Rush Orders. Rush orders available on some orders. Contact factory for availability. In the event a request for rush order is accepted, additional charges will apply. Minimum rush fee is $175 and may be more, depending on the circumstances.
Set Up Tools. All screens, molds, weaving cards, artwork or special tools used to complete the order remain the property of the factory without exception.
Shipping. FOB factory. Orders normally shipped via FedEx or UPS.
